Deliveries
Australian Deliveries

• When ordering - you have the option between:
  • Australia Post eParcel (online tracking and insurance)

Please supply address for delivery between business hours, or a PO BOX.
These time estimations apply to goods that are in stock and do not require forward ordering.  If you would like a quote for shipping an item please feel free to contact us by email (click here).

International Deliveries
Orders are sent by Australia Post International and are insured.

Once processed please allow roughly 14-18 business days for delivery (dependant on country).  If applicable - the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes relevant to the country of destination.  Please supply an address for delivery between business hours.  These time estimates apply to goods that are in stock and do not require forward ordering.

Returns
We aim to please our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. We are happy to provide an exchange for goods that have not been worn or used, with packaging that is not damaged and labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge.  There are no refunds or returns on sale or bonus items. 

We take extreme care packaging our orders but in the unlikely event of breakage or damage during the delivery process, or the item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
